Two Paths to Command

Executive Sprint & CEO Sprint

Both engagements run on the same core method, the Live Loop, private and recorded, twice weekly, three months. They differ in what they're built to command.

Executive Sprint

Built for unscripted, spontaneous boardroom command: the moments you cannot prepare a script for. Live negotiation, a challenging question from a senior stakeholder, a fast-moving cross-functional meeting, defending a position under real-time pressure.

Best fit if: your authority is tested most in live, reactive exchanges: meetings, negotiations, interviews, calls.

CEO Sprint

Everything in the Executive Sprint, plus the engineering of your prepared communication: keynotes, board addresses, and formal presentations. Fitting the language to your own mouth and breath, and structuring the room through an audience-influence framework.

Best fit if: you also need command of prepared, high-visibility moments (keynotes, board presentations, public addresses), not only live exchanges.
